I am sponsoring my spouse from outside of Canada.
1. Do i need to mail all the documents to IRCC or is there an online application that can be filled out?
2. Is my spouse eligible for open work permit if we are living outside Canada?

Is the sponsor Canadian citizen or PR? If sponsor is PR, he has to apply and live in Canada. (not about faster or not)
If sponsor is Canadian citizen, then the application can be sent outland. Additional proof needed to be included to show intend to return to Canada.

Hello, I am supposed to apply for my spouse in 2-3 weeks and I got a new job offer. They will be able to provide me a job letter as well. Just wanted to confirm that is it going to be okay that I start working at a new job and then apply for him . Thank you

Hi, thank you so much for your response . So , a new job offer stating current date with me working with wage mentioned would be okay? Sorry, I have been working at the same place for 3 years since i am in canada and now I got a good offer so was worried as I will be applying for my spouse, so it’s okay.
they mentioned that they can write hours and wage and date of joining (which is current). Is that all we need?

thank you so much for your help and time:)
