IRCC received my pacakge on march 28 and no progress after that.... anyone has any update on theirs?

Sharing my timeline here:

PPR - March 17 2022.
Sent passport to NY CVAC - March 17 2022. (Sent US size photos. Read in another thread that it won't be accepted so proactively sent another package.)
Delivered to CVAC - March 18 2022.
Sent correct photos package - March 21 2022. (For anyone having trouble with 5x7 pics, most walgreens should be able to do it.)
Delivered Photos package - March 23 2022.
Temp TrackingId received - March 26 2022 (Said my application was waiting for correct photos)
Dispatched to IRCC - March 30 2022. (Received actual tracking id. Must have linked my two packages. Yay!)
Package received by IRCC - March 31 2022.

Hello. My wife's a US citizen and got the email from IRCC 'Ready for Visa'. So wanted to check the process of submitting the package to VAC NY since she doesn't need a visa. VAC NY does not answer at +1 888-296-4511

Nope. No updates yet. It is still with IRCC and under processing since March 31 2022. No update in the portal either regarding counterfoil. I'm hoping to see some changes by the end of this week or in the next week. Did your hear anything? Was your passport dispatched to VFS?

Just got a notification that my passport was dispatched to VFS by IRCC. Hoping that VFS dispatches it via FedEx by tomorrow.

I have sent my package to NY VFS. They sent it to IRCC. I am currently residing in the USA. My Package was approved at IRCC yesterday. My document status was updated on my CIC website to approved and said counterfoil is generated.

Just an hour ago I got to know they have dispatched my decision packet. I am seeing they have sent it to VAC Sao Paulo.

I am not sure why this happened. I called and tried to be on the webchat but the NY VAC office is closed at 4.

Did anyone see this issue? Can anyone guide me on what I can do?

Try using webchat from this link https://visa.vfsglobal.com/usa/en/can/track-application#.
Their number is not reachable.

It is a bug in their system. It shows up as Sao Paulo for everyone it seems like on the tracker. Mine was the same. I would say ignore that. The email notification you get from them correctly states it as NYC.
