No i am single never been married. My father passed away and he was hospitalized with life support. So i had to come to my home country. And this is my 2nd visit after I got my PR. now what can be a worse scenario. I am very tensed.

Sorry my reply was meant for @Ajayverma92 which is why I meant ion bed best interests of a child.

If you got PR through H&C you can visit your home country.

when you call choose a different option instead of H chose F or any other option. You will be connected to an agent . Once you tell the agent that it’s about H&C . You will be redirected. That way they will pick up.

hey guys, i have received my ATIP file today, it contains 47 pages.
i browsed roughly, sawing a lot of repeated data.
i am wondering if any special info i should pay special attention to?

Yes as long as your H&C is approved. Obviously optics are not great but similar to returning to your home country after applying for asylum and getting rejected. PPRA is very difficult to receive.
