Took me over a week to get connected. Just kept calling non stop really until I one day got connected. Waited around 40 minutes to speak with an officer then. That is the nr I called. I am surprised that there are applicants who applied after us and received their cards. Their processing time is so inaccurate. And the officer I spoke with didn't give me much info. He told me that I am lucky cause my card has been sent to be printed, but wouldnt tell me when it got sent off. Also that I should give it 120 days from the time they started processing my application. He told me that according to the processing time my card should arrive by may. Which makes no sense to me since my application got delivered in October.....
Hello there, wondering if there is any update on your application? Please let me know. Mine is stuck with 'Decision made' since Dec 2021.

Hi! I was able to talk to an agent today and was told that my request for renewal has been approved and card has been sent to production last March 16. Does anybody have any information how long card is in production and eventually mailed out? Thank you.

Thank you.

Just now, I have changed the address using this link. Does this confirm that address is changed for PR card delivery and I don't need to call them now for changing ? when I logged in again, it still shows old address. It takes some time to update ?

Any conformations, I will be getting over email?

Any update on your daughters renewal application. Nothing for my wife so far.
Hi, they returned her application. We missed her signature. She's 15, so she should also sign it. That's the only reason. We sent her application back last week.

Received the card today after a 5 months wait.
Landed on 28-10-2022 (outland), application received in the system on 28-01-2022 (not sure why it took them so long), then nothing until last Friday when I received a notification than the card was in the mail.
Got it today.
Good luck everyone, I hope y'all receive yours soon.

Just sharing my timeline:

Application Received: October 15, 2021
AOR: December 22, 2021
Started Processing: December 22, 2021
Sent an urgent processing request: March 2, 2022
DM: March 28, 2022
GCKEY Update: Approved March 30, 2022
GCKEY Message that card was mailed to me: March 30, 2022

I do have a question though, when they say that they sent the card but it may take 6 weeks, does this mean that they're still printing it or just because Canada Post takes awhile to deliver the PR Card? Thank you to anyone who can respond! I'm leaving next week Friday so hopefully it arrives before then.

Hi, It takes 5 business days to see the update. Also, do call the IRCC customer care after 5 business days just to confirm that they see the same address on their side.

The card is already printed once the ECAS status shows as accepted and closed. The 6 week is just turnaround time they say depending on the province you live in, for Canada Post to deliver the card. Hopefully, you should get it in a 1 - 1.5 weeks. All the best and you are lucky! I am still waiting.
