For the second PCC request, did you submit the old PCC again or you apply for a new PCC and submit it?
My PCC also has been reviewed since mid Nov

No problem....Yes ofcourse you are a step forward. I believe you have already got your TFN. So you are not in the primary repository anymore which is better known as their Cloud database (just like a store room of applications). One of our friends in this thread has explained it very nicely in their previous posts. From that Cloud environment your application has been fetched into their actual inventory repository that's called GCMS (where your file is in the queue to be processed anytime). So that's a good sign.
Yes ofcourse there are fair chances that they can pick your application anytime as it is in the GCMS now so it all depeneds on one's luck & other circumstances. It could be today, tomorow or could be next month too.So we can't predict anything.Yeah do check it and try to link it regularly but better set a time like once in a day or two. It's of no use to try multiple times in a day with the same combinations if it is not blocking you. But sometimes it does blocks when you try to overdo.

Hello Everyone, this is the timeline of my application. Hope it helps provide a rough estimate of processing times.
Submitted in IG stream: May 6th, 2021 (11:40pm, around 33,867 had applied before me)
Recieved email with a number E00xxxx and was asked to link application with cic account: Jan 19, 2022. (linked same day, using this number and my UCI)
Asked for pcc: Jan 22, 2022.
submitted PCC: Feb 14, 2022.
asked to resubmit background declaration form: submitted on feb17, 2022
recieved ADR in email for pcc and background declaration: Feb 27, 2022.
Recieved a letter saying ive been approved to recieve PR: March 22, 2022.
got portal request for mailing address and photo: submitted both on March 25, 2022. (submitted same day)
recieved eCOPR: March 29, 2022.
awaiting PR card now.
Any idea how long card takes to come in mail??

did you uploaded new pcc or old tht was submitted with application on 6 mAY 2021
new pcc as i had left to India in november 2021. which is why it took me around 3 weeks to submit pcc.
i never went back to india since i left do you think i should apply for new as well
as far as i know, Indian pcc is valid for 6 months according to Indian Govt. so im not sure, Its up to you to decide what to do!

If PCC does not have an expiry date, it's valid until one year after the date it's been issued. However, if you haven't traveled back to your home country after expiry it will remain valid.
Nonetheless, the officer may ask you to get a new one anytime during processing our application.
