How did you get your PR? (EE? PNP? famly sponsorship?) Have you landed with your COPR yet?

If not, you CANNOT land with your current COPR (where you are noted as "single"). Send webform to inform IRCC of your new status and amended forms (IMM0008...etc) including your new spouse in it.

She/he will need to go through medical, police and background checks before you get new COPR with her/him.

1. Don't "land" or you won't be able to sponsor your spouse.
2. The COPR has to be returned to the processing office. and your spouse has to be added to your application. Do medical, background etc. Note your medical will probably expire and you will need a new one.

You are replying to the wrong person.

But your points are valid.

Hi,

I am SINP nominated. I made a terrible mistake of landing and was sent back. I was given voluntary departure and CBSA told me amend the details and come back. Any ways thanks for the help I have contacted IRCC through webform.
