Hi Friends,

I need your help. I live in USA, I got PPR couple days ago. Email says to include Xpresspost prepaid mailing label with passports. I have tried so many time with so many different cards with so many different web browsers to buy prepaid mailing label. At the last step when I enter my CC info and click pay now I get the following error:

"Thank you for using Canada Post Ship-in-a-click. Unfortunately, we were experiencing technical difficulties. Please note that your credit card has NOT been charged. Please close your browser window and try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Please help me, I want to mail out my passport ASAP.

I am in the same boat from last 5 days, tried calling, no help. Tried US credit card, Friend used Canadian credit card . Always same issue,
