I am going to apply for FSW Program, and I need to know that my Aunt (sister of my mother) is Permanent Resident of Canada could she helpful for me in getting adoptability points.

Yes ofcoarse she can and she is you closest relative. Just like your uncle and aunt from your father's side and even if she is your wife's aunt as well. Dont worry go ahead and apply, you'll sure get adaptibility points, as my frnd did get from his wife's uncle who is canadian.
