Worried about TRV passport request

I had submitted for TRV for my wife on Mar 15th 2017 through a consultant. Finally after 3 long months of delay we learnt that our request has been approved last week. When we check the Application profile details- It says
"Final decision Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application." However we have not received any VAC request nor any messages in the portal. The last message received was on Mar 16th which mentioned the confirmation of submission. Has anyone faced similar issue.

How can we get the Passport request?Since there is only 30 days period for submitting the Visa we have started panicking.

Please suggest.

Hi,

First, don't panic

We've come across a couple of similar cases recently. You must send an email to the relevant visa office requesting them to send you the passport request letter.

VFS/VAC will not accept the passport without this letter
