I am a Canadian citizen and I made the mistake of faking my Section 18/19 on my sponsorship form. But my wife arrived and all is good now. But, this has come up. Is it possible I could get in trouble do you think?

It’s called 'misrepresentation' and can invalidate your original application with associated consequences. If I were in your shoes, I’d seek legal advice.
