My home country is the Philippines. I spent 5 months in the US before coming here in Canada Jan.30 2008 up to present. I got LMO and job contract. Another forum suggested I apply in LA (on the website it says if you have TRV in US or canada u can apply in the US even though Im here in Canada). Hopefully they wont require an interview. Will they require a medical exam even though I wasnt in the Philippines for the past 6 months? . I have both US and Canada tourist visa.
