Why are there (slightly) different addresses to send citizenship applications?

Hi,

I see two slightly different addresses to send citizenship applications of all family members to, by courier.

On some forms/ IRCC webpages, I see this:

Case Processing Centre—Sydney
Grant Adults
47–49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, Nova Scotia B1P 5Z2

Then, on some forms/ IRCC webpages, I see this, with "Grant Adults" omitted.

Do I need to add "Grant Adults" when I submit applications for all family members in a single envelope?

I put a like, even though that does not really help. I have seen immigration officers being picky. I do not want to take any chance..
