which is the official name on my citizenship card

I'm just wondering which name is my "official name" on my Canadian Citizenship Card, the one on the front or the one on the back? because the one on the back shows my Chinese first name and last name and the name on the shows my English name and lastname without my Chinese first name. I need to know because I want to use the same name for my inland sponsorship for my spouse in Canada. someone please help

My citizenship card was issued in 1993

When I entered my sponsorship details, I used the full name printed at the back of my Citizenship card (the side without the photograph)
