Hi, i would like to ask where to contact the immigration since i wanna update my mobile numbers they told me to email only and put as subject "update record" the response was automated the email is manila-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca my aplpication has already been processed

We are in the same boat ;-))) But only in different location, we are applied through Colombo HC. So after sending email I have received the same automatic reply. Then it was silence for almost 1 month. So I sent email directly to Minister Kenney in Calgary. Coz I did not have any other root to reach my VO...So email came from Canada saying that my file was found ( before it was reply from Colombo that our file could not be track after almost a year of waiting) and VO noted changes in our mailing address, but till now e-case shows old mail address and we have no idea what is going on there.
