Probably in some college.

But its better you give IELTS again and improve your scores to 6 in all bands to be on the safe side as visa with low marks would be tough.

If I were you, I'd look up schools in Canada on google and click on its "Admission Requirement" and go from there. There are many schools in Canada but 5.5 is on the lower end and most schools require a 6 or 6.5
