Here's my situation 
SINP application. Nominated last April, applied to CIC, got medicals done in June. Received a request for PCC with a 60 day deadline. However, due to the fact my passport was away for obtaining a visa (for a different country), and because my embassy is indicating a 6-8 week processing time, it looks increasingly likely I will not be able to meet the deadline. I already emailed CIC and explained the situation 10 days ago, but I got no response.
From your experience, what are the consequences of missing the deadline? Will I have to start all over again?
