What does Final Stage mean

Hi all,

I got a reply from CIC qoute "a letter will be sent to you in the following
days, which contains information about the final stage of the processing
of your application"

Can anyone tell me what the final stage mean? I did medicals in December and paid RPRF in January.

Hi all,

The CIC also mentioned in the mail that if I don't get the letter by May, I should get in touch with them by email.

The visa post is Accra, Ghana.
