what after PR card renewal ,,,again 2 year out of 5 year

respected members , Let"s suppose i land Canada 2010 and i fullfil PR obligation for 2 year in dec 2015 and i renew my PR card, Now there is no obligation pending ,Is i am free now that when ever i want to come and go for any time ?

To meet the residency obligation requirements, at any point in time, you must have 730 days in Canada within the previous 1825 days. It's a rolling count and you must continually comply, not just once. So, in simple terms, your assumption is totally incorrect.

Agreed. Once you have been a PR for more than 5 years, you always need at least 730 days in Canada in the past 5 years. You have a new PR card but any time you enter the country they can check this. If they believe you don't meet this condition, they can report you and make you prove it.

If you want the freedom of coming and going as you please, you need citizenship.

yes. You ALWAYS need to have spent 2 years out of ANY 5 year period in Canada. It is a requirement that never goes away while you are a PR.
