WES recognized my master's degree, but says my bachelor's degree is from a non-recognize instittute

Hello!

According to WES report, my Canadian equivalency summary is Master's degree.

Though WES has recognized my master's degree, the report says that my bachelor's degree is from a non-recognized institution.

Please inform me whether that be a problem to get Canadian visa under express entry?

i wouldn't worry since you will be evaluated against your highest achievement which is masters, so even they didn't evaluate your bachelors it doesn't make any difference. I would have worried if evaluation was other way around.
