WES forms confusion

Hi,

I applied to the pune university for ECA and accidentally included the wes form with a US address.
I guess the university will stamp and put their seal on that form too.
I need to use this form for WES canada for immigration process.

Both US/Canada forms look same to me. So I was wandering does WES care which address is on their application form. Can I send the form with US address to canada WES ?
