Read through the requirements for the Investor and Entrepreneur visas. To qualify for these programs, you must typically have $800,000 to invest in Canada and a net worth of $1,600,000 (all amounts are in Canadian dollars).

Note that both the federal Investor and Entrepreneur visa streams are currently closed to new applications. They will open again next July.

You will be better off investing in India, look at population, there will be lot more demand than in Canada. Overall growth is more, is your intention solely to invest or you want to become PR thru investment route?
