I was about to file an application for my mother in India to visit me in Toronto for four months. I am trying to do it online from Canada.
Few questions to clarify. Appreciate any replies on this.
1) Do i need to fill Use of Representative form ? ( I am filing on behalf of my Mother)
2) My mom doesn't have bank account in India, only few properties on her name. So is it mandatory to show some Bank statements ? ( She is dependent on my Father)
3) Do i need to open a MyCIC Account in her name to generate an application online ? or is it ok to log application in my MyCIC account ?
4) If i successfully filed her application online. Can i choose the stamping Consulate in India ?
5) I dont want to reject her application for any cause. Do you guys have any more tips to share ?
I am planning to keep, Travel itenary, Property proofs in her name, Invitation letter, Explanation letter, My bank statement, Payslips, Proof of Relationship and all forms popped up in the application.
