Visa Canada, need help!!!!!!

If I get sick or have an accident while I am visiting Canada, will the Government of Canada pay for my medical treatment? ???

i think it will depend. You need to buy a medical insurance though which can go upto a year for you to be covered. I paid 180 for 3 months using manulife insurance, insurance so shop around so that you are not a burden to goverment. You might be treated and then billed not sure
