Visa application from South Korea(seoul).

Dear all,

My brother is in South Korea(seoul). I lived in Karachi, I got admission from Concordia university, In Islamabad visa processing time requires is 26 weeks. But in south korea(seoul) the visa process time requires only 5 weeks. Is it better that I send all documents to my brother in S.Korea(seoul) then he will apply in Seoul embassy for myself.

Is it good approach to save time?

Effective January 28, 2013, the Visa and Immigration Section at the Canadian Embassy in Seoul is closed. All permanent resident applications previously submitted to the visa office in Seoul will now be processed in Manila.

For new temporary resident applications, applicants can submit Temporary Resident applications online or at a visa application centre where available.
For residents of South Korea, all Temporary Resident applications previously processed by the visa office in Seoul will now be processed at the visa office in Manila.
