Does anyone here know why VAC in New York is closed? Below is what's in NYC website:
The visa application centre (VAC) in New York City is closed until further notice. Applications received through the VAC will continue to be processed – there is no need to contact the visa office. Any passports that must be returned will be returned to you by the visa office. Updates will be provided when available.
