any one can guide if possiple to apply to canada as refuge to canada

im i,m refuge living in kuwait , any one can guide me how to apply and its ok for me to apply , aldo my name register in (unhcr)

and if i want to send the document to whitch visa office i have to send it?

pls any one can help me

Man, my heart goes out to you. Maybe you should have taken this route in the first place.
I think, it will be in your own interest to get advise from a good Immigration Lawyer.

Dear Brother,

I'd like to see u succeed, sincerely. Yes, u can apply for a Canadian PR, why not? Though, a Refugee Case is best nominated by UNHCR to any and many European countries like Norway, Sweeden, Denmark etc, who are still open for ur cases, I don't know why it didn't materialize yet for u (that u r already registered with them).

But yes, Canada refugee applications are open too. U can apply under HC1, OYW, UPX, REF & DFD. But, as Bobby suggested, a refugee case needs tremendous deliberation. These being tricky situations, I'd also advise that u hire a 'reputed' immigration consultant to do ur filing. For which, u may check http://www.cic.gc.ca to get hold of a listed consultant. And then take-on from there.

For any further suggestions, plz feel free to resort to this lovely forum.
