URGENT HELP! Visitor Record (Extension) Application withdrawn

I applied the Visitor Record application on June 18, 2020 , but I received an email on saying that:

This refers to your application for a Visitor Record received 06/18/2020. No action is being taken to process your request for the following reasons:
[X] You requested that your application be withdrawn.
NOTE: Passports must be valid for the duration of your stay in Canada. Documents will not be issued beyond the validity of passports.

Also, the information given in IRCC account:
Latest update:
Final decision - October 16, 2020: Your application was withdrawn. Check your messages below for details.

I do not make any request of application withdraw before, and I checked My IRCC account and there no update regarding the withdrawal application.

Does anyone have this experience before? What can I do right now?

Same thing happened to me today. What's the issue here? I do have TRV being stuck for 7 months & applied again using the new portal.

Your application was withdrawn. Check your messages below for details.

Does that mean I need to wait again for the new one turn? Or they will process the second one?
