Asking for a friend, He has a PGWP and his TRV expired while he was out on a work trip to China. He applied for a new TRV under PGWP from China, he gave his biometrics and has also received a biometrics confirmation letter. Because he does not has a visa, he is not able to come back to Canada. Kindly suggest the options to make his visa processing faster. The guy is originally from India.
He has already provided an urgency letter from the company to the IRCC with the help of an MLA assistant. Any suggestions will be helpful.
