I am asking this question on behalf of someone.
They are waiting for their children application and they just received this email stating that there is a fee must be paid and this
" You may pay the fee at the following website: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp. Once fees are paid a TRP application will be created, and it will be in queue for review by the delegated officer."
Any idea how long time this might take ?
