Travel to India (home country) after applying for PCC

I received an ITA today. But I had pre booked my tickets to go back home for 3 weeks at the end of this month.

If I apply for PCC today, it's gonna take next 6-8 weeks!

So I am very confused, when shall I apply for PR. Shall I get PCC from India while I am visiting back or just cancel the trip

Please advice!
