test on 20th feb..please help

Hi guys
I am going to write IELTS test on 20th Feb, 2010. I am facing few problems in the writing section,the first thing confusing me is the essay writing. I am confused in the argument essay writing,should i agree with the situation or disagree with the situation? or i can do both,agree and disagree in the essay?

If the question says, do you agree or disagree, you can either agree or disagree and justify why.
And if the question is how far do you agree, you will have to support both ways by giving some examples.

It is important to read the question carefully and then proceed with answering.
