in the travel supplementary form it is written that i have to give the travel information of my dependent children 18 years old or older.but my children are 12 and 5 years old.what should i write in the form?

Just means you don't need to include them -

You can just leave it blank

for any form if you have anything to add, you can do a separate documents in which to pass data in the main applicant, the name and number of the form, where you have something to add.
I advise you to do this for children who are not in the list - it is easier to give complete information than to consider that you avoided.
