Hi, I applied for my parent's supervisa online and made my father the primary applicant and my mother the secondary applicant. All documents (proof of funds etc.) were submitted under my father's name while only documents related to her personal info were required for my mother, being the secondary applicant.
However, while my father's visa was approved two weeks ago, there is still no update post medical pass in my mother's application, which is a bit absurd given there are no additional documents to be viewed. My father was given 4 weeks to submit the passport and being old, my parents wanted to go together to the visa office. How can I check regarding the status of my mother's visa?
