I want to know if we have to submit our Confirmation of Residency (CPR) to the PNP office after we do our landing in the province of destination.

No. The copr is yours to keep. Out it somewhere safe you will need it later for pr renewal and/or citizenship.

Thanks for the quick reply.however they just issue a plain paper with details on it and not the exact copy...will that work?

Just a guess but I would imagine that CIC would accept a certified copy of a document that was produced by their own department.
