Gooodday to all yo'!
i am on a visitor visa in Canada, and i want to apply to study a diploma or certificate course in Canada, but i was made to understand that i will have to apply for a study permit in my home country...
Now my question is this...does it mean that i will have to go back to my country or can i send my documents via courier to the visa office in my country.....please i need this response before i make a life time error.
Thanks in advance...

You don't need to go back your home country to do it. You can apply the nearest Canadian diplomatic mission in foreign country, and that would be one of the Canadian consulates in the United States, If they ask to come for the interview you will also need US visa to inter US depending on your nationality.
