Stuck on page 2 of PRTD application (IMM 5444)

I'm trying to apply for a PRTD online but I keep getting the error "your changes can't be saved. Please try again later". I've tried again later, experimented with different browsers, used my phone, and tried different ways to input the information, but nothing worked. Page 2 is where I have to enter my personal details, so I'm suspecting that the system does not like the way that my foreign address is formatted, but I'm not completely sure. I've tried calling IRCC for help, but they put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back.

Anyone know the solution?

Edit: Never mind, found the solution after some digging.
