i received wrong picture on my medical form, which i sent back to CIC and still waiting from last 10 days

Didnt receive any corrected medical letter or any other advice, what i do now

because my medical date expire within 10 days

need expert opinion

Which Visa Office is that?

My Visa Office is Islamabad, and I received forms without pictures, which I returned, and they send the completed forms after one month. However, they extended the date of medicals too.

my office is islamabad

but problem that all my family members has correct pictures on medical form but my form has wrong picture and i returned only my form

now what i do, i go for other family members medical becuase it expires within 10 days or wait for my form then will all gotogether

but if i wait then my family members dates will be expired

please reply
