usually when you are asked to submit your medicals, this is the final phase, so anytime from now you should be getting a PPR. Which usually takes about 4 weeks before your passport is sent back to you so hang in there your almost done!! All the bestThank you dear friend, i have submitted my medical on 24 may 2017 can you tell me when will i get visa call. Please do reply.
You have to answer yes because u are sponsoring your wife so therefore she falls under the family class category, that's why the question asked if u are sponsoring a member of the family class "OR" a member of the spouse which could be a dependent child or common law partner in Canada class, remember they have bundled up everything in one so Outland sponsorship and inland sponsorship fill out the same forms and document checklist so the question is for both Outland and inland sponsors so your answer to this question is "YES"Guys I have a question on the IMM 1344E - Sponsor Eligibility(Page 2).
Here is our situation - I(Sponsor - PR) live in Canada and my spouse lives in India so it is an outland spousal sponsorship (no children).
Question #3 - Are you sponsoring a member of the family class or a member of the spouse or common law partner in canada class? What do i answer for this - Yes or No?
I checked the guide and it is too confusing - It says:
If you answer “No” to questions 1 to 3 - You are not eligible to be a sponsor. You should not submit an application.
Q1 & 2 are age related and whether PR/citizen or not.
Thanks a lot!
We did. Husband's BP was above 140/90 and according to the doc CIC will want it tested again until it is lower. You don't need to do anything. Go get the medical done.
Medical problems shouldnt be an issue when it comes to spousal sponsorship, at least when not contagious. We did. Husband's BP was above 140/90 and according to the doc CIC will want it tested again until it is lower.
I don't mind a delay. I just hope it doesn't result in a refusal. Could that happen over BP?
Everything else was fine.
Thanks so much @wifeyYou have to answer yes because u are sponsoring your wife so therefore she falls under the family class category, that's why the question asked if u are sponsoring a member of the family class "OR" a member of the spouse which could be a dependent child or common law partner in Canada class, remember they have bundled up everything in one so Outland sponsorship and inland sponsorship fill out the same forms and document checklist so the question is for both Outland and inland sponsors so your answer to this question is "YES"
