Hi, I am Canadian Citizen living in Alberta, Canada I have my cild born outside Canada I mean in the Middle East and wife is not Canadian but applied for sponsorship my question to forum is which to use when applying citizenship certificate for child born out Canada is the form CIT 0001 or CIT 0003 or even both got confused thank you for your immediate reply
