Is it true that if you leave Quebec for more that 18 months,and then return,you are not eligible for Solidarity Tax Credit for the first year,even if you returned before 31 december ?
For example,you lived in Quebec in 2012 and 2013,then left Canada for 2 years and came back november 2015.You filed tax return 2015/completed Schedule D also / byt are not eligible for Solidarity Tax Credit for period june 2016-june 2017 ?
