Please provide a complete timeline with dates to understand your case better. eg. the application time, in process time, residency questionnaire time, document request time, FP request time, test time, etc. What is the current status of your application when you login?

These are just some paragraphs that I cannot correlate with your timeline/situation. Have you changed the province of your residency (I see Calgary and Vancouver)? What has been the issue? Did you have any court case or criminality issue in the past? It appears that on May 08, IRCC started processing your case to proceed with oath, but apparently your criminality situation has changed or the criminality clearance were in process(or expired), so they are sending a new fingerprint request out on May 13 for the criminality clearance. If they have received the FP, then you should hear back from them soon.

Check the Criminality section of your ATIP to see the validity date of your criminality clearance.
