So i can check what exactly what my travel agent had submitted in 2010's application

It could be any global visa office. That said, just maybe it is a visa office that works on Sundays as your file was updated on the weekend. Again, this is just a guess.

Processing times as you know are only estimates. Actual processing can take longer or could even be faster

I have ordered notes through ATIP for my previous application from 2010

I opt for "APPLICATION, SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS & CORRESPONDENCES TO & FROM IRCC

in comments i mention "UCI number and requested them to sent me old application information from Nov 2010"

Do you think i will able to get copy of whole TRV application of 2010 ?? ( documents, forms. etc )

Do ordering GCMS notes effect on current TRV's outcome etc ??

Can i raise another NEW request separately for an old application decision / officer's electronic notes etc ??

No, it will not delay nor impact the current TRV processing

Quickly Review of eligibility started on - 12 June ( Tuesday )

Vienna VO update confirmation email on - 13 June ( Wednesday )

Till now 09 Days passed since review of eligiblity started...

Any inputs or guess as per your knowledge..??

With the estimate of just 9 days, you're far luckier applying from Germany than from India (for example) that has an estimated processing of 28 days.

Let's be kind to the visa staff and give them the time they need to make a decision = No dashing off any more emails
