Selection of NOC codes for work experience in telecommunacation operations

Hi!! i am quite confused about my NOC selections ..i worked as a NOC engineer in a company in simple words I used to monitor network of an operator company from a centralized location and had to escalate the operational issues to field staff and also had to coordinate with operator managers. what would be the most suitable NOC for this job..Other than this in my second job I worked as field operation manager ..in that job I had to manage a team of 4 resources for resolution of network operational issues within given SLA telco non telco all included..Please support for the selection of NOCs for my jobs..
