My parents are both from Nova Scotia and I have family still living in the Shelburne area.
My sister was born there. I am retired and don't need any type of financial support from the Canadian government.

I have just build a house in the Yarmouth, Nova Scotia area. I think I will be one of the bigger property tax payers on Morris Island. I plan to stay there 6 months minus a day and back in Florida the other 6 months. However , I would like to become a Canadian citizen or a person with dual/citizenship.

Any help on the process would be appreciated.
