Hi all,

Am about to submit all docs to my local CHC within 120 day time frame. I am not clear about the Right of Permanent Residence Fee. Do i pay $490 with this submission or wait for CHC to review the docs and then they will request for the RPRF.

you do not need to send it now. after approval along with medicals they will ask RPRF. IT is then you need to pay it.

tx for the reply - the reason i'm confused is that the visa office specific forms actually states " follow these instructions to pay the fess. If you do not we will return your application ..."
