Returned cotizenship forms

Hi,
I received my citizenship forms back saying some information is missing with my husband form.The missing is highlighted but nothing is highlighted.what to do?
My husband is parkinson patient he does not have proof of english proficiency so I attached a doctor's note saying his condition.I have not check the eng proficiency document on document check list.
Document check list is not sent back.should I send check list again?
Kindly guide me.

I suggest you type out the full letter, with your personal info removed of course, so we can understand what missing information is listed in there. They usually highlight what's missing in the actual form, not always.
