Hi Gents,

I couldn't have family tree certificate to proof that my ant who leaves in Canada now, is my mother sister. but I have their passports copies which say that they have same father and mother. Is that enough for me and for CIO to confirm the family relationship between eachother, or still I need more evidance about that.

Waiting to hear good news.

Hi Aljarad,

I think that should be fine, because my sister is my sponsor and I submitted a document from the local office and they requested a copy of the passport instead .. once you submit it, if they feel they require additional document, they will ask you later on in the process.. cheers
