Hi!
I submitted my application 1 feb. Med and biometrics passed. Do you think after 3 months I’m passed the stage where it can be rejected because of missing documents?

I keep reading posts where people were rejected after 2 months and it worries me, because instead of asking for missing documents CIC rejects the whole application..

My concern is with PCC. I couldn’t get one for China (was there as a tourist for a year). And another PCC for Russia, I went there for holidays for 3 weeks ( in 2018) AFTER the PCC was issued (in 2017). I included a letter saying that if they need a fresh one, I can request it at the consulate.

*ps I didn’t renew Russian PCC before submission because consulate is in another city, and at the time I got ITA I was 9 months pregnant...

Yes, there are chances for applications to be rejected after several months..
PCC is an important part of the application and you would definitely need to subMit it if they raise an ADR

I agree, my worry is that they won’t raise an ADR and just reject it

Technically they won't reject your application because of Russia PCC, because your PCC was issued after the last time you were there for 6 months or more in a row. But if you want to be pro active and alleviate your worries completely, get a new one and submit via CSE.
For China PCC, I'm not sure what was your specific reason that you outlined in LOE, but I do know it's a really tricky PCC to get. Like you have to get it in person or have a citizen or permanent resident there to do it for you.

But the thing is, you are well passed the R10 Completeness Check stage, so I'm guessing they are willing to evaluate your explanation and see if you actually made the effort to get it. If it was an absolute no-no, your application would have been rejected straight away, as it would have been a required document based on your travel/address history.

Is there anyone at all who can help you with it in China just in case?

Thanks for your input! I’m not as worried about China PCC as it is actually impossible to get one if you weren’t there on student/work visa. I got a Chinese agency specialising in pcc for foreigners to write it in email, that with my visa type it is not possible to get pcc according to Chinese law. I attached the email to LOE.

So in your opinion “old” pcc (Russian in my case) is not a reason for rejection and they will send an ADR if needed?

Normally, yes they should do an ADR. But it wouldn't be the best scenario to just wait for it.
If you can get a new Russia PCC just to be 100% sure, then I'd advise you to do that. Better safe than sorry...

You obviously don't have an issue with the China PCC as that's quite a compelling explanation.
