i would like to know that how much time it take to register the birth and to procure the shortform of the birth certificate and then to get he passport.
as my wife may deliver on 30th of september and then she supposed to move to india along with the babay.
in such case she cant move with baby if baby dont have the passport and to get passport we need the birth certificate. i would like toknow the procedure and is there any emergency procedure that we canget the both birth certificate and passport, please help me.
