Actually a question you can answer only with yes or no is called a CLOSED question.
And questions that (i) embed the desired answer within the question, or it's opposite; (ii) lead directly to a predetermined answer, or an absurd alternative; or (iii) present a false dichotomy, are called leading questions, because they "lead" to predetermined answers.

screech339 has not asked a question that can only be answered with a "yes" or "no", he has only presented a false dichotomy to try to manipulate my answers into producing an outcome he has predetermined. Thus, his is not a closed question, but a leading one.

Actually a question you can answer only with yes or no is called a CLOSED or polar question.
Rigly. Don't get into a valid discussion with him. Natan doesn't understand how to answer yes or no questions. I wondered how he would fare in multiple choice questions in citizenship test or any yes / no questions in any tests he had. I wondered if he actually replied "that is a leading question blah blah..." to every yes / no question. He like to argue for the sake of argument, logic be damned.

The desired answer is not embedded in the question asked nor is the opposite. It was a question leaving a choice.
But I see that you will not accept any other possibility and that is OK. I really don't care who is right or wrong... just that we all keep it civil and maybe even come to conclusions with good discussions and being open minded.

Rigly,

Natan doesn't want to reveal his hypocrisy of his arguments and beliefs by answering my simple non-political yes / no question about the laws that he dug himself into. That's all, nothing more.

Despite all his posts supporting refugee PR returning to home country, he doesn't want to acknowledge the fact that the refugee PR in the article broke refugee PR rules. In other words the government is correct in their actions against any refugees returning to their home country.

Natan is like the driver going 120-130km/hr in a 100 km / hr speed limit. He is okay breaking the law so long as he doesn't get pulled over by police for speeding. Once caught he thinks the 100 speed limit law shouldn't apply since he wasn't caught before or was not enforced before. He doesn't acknowledge that the 100 km speed limit law actually exists.

Just because the law is not enforced enough doesn't mean the law doesn't exist.
